Flexitarian Diet Weight Loss - not a happy Spring diet

I'm the first to admit I haven't always eaten the way I should. As a kid, my metabolism was supercharged to absorb, breakdown, and dispose of any junk I decided to toss in its path. This included entire supreme pizzas, double bacon cheeseburgers by the pound, and more supermarket roasted chicken than one person may have found appetizing.
